Enroll your child
Feel free to stop by the school for a tour. Tours are given by appointment only Wednesday mornings. The best way to chose a daycare center for your child is to see it for yourself. If you would like to make an appointment to visit the school call 703-698-8050.
Once you have decided that A Child's Place is the school for you, you will need to fill out a registration form. You can download a copy of our registration form to print out and bring to the school. To view the file you must have a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

**Using Adobe Acrobat you can fill out the registration form on your computer, print it out, and bring it to the school with you. Simply click on each line to type in the information.
To complete the registration process you will need:
- The registration form, completed and signed by a parent.
- A completed Emergency Medical Form, available in the office
- A Virginia Physical Form
- The original birth certificate for your child
- Payment of registration fee, security deposit, activity fee, sleeping mat, and first week's tuition.
- An extra set of clothes (pants, shirt, socks, underwear) for use in the event of toilet accidents, milk spills, etc.
- Diapers and/or training pants when appropriate.
- Blanket and sheet.
- Be sure to clearly label all items with your child's name.
- Copy of custody agreements, if one parent has custody.
